Benefits, Procedures and Policies for Your Annual Pass to Zoo Miami
with the Zoological Society of Florida (ZSF)

BENEFITS: By having the Annual Pass, you are considered a “member” of the Zoological Society of Florida with these key benefits.

  1. Annual Passes with benefits are mailed 2-4 weeks after date enrolled. Valid Annual Passes and Photo ID with matching home address must be presented for admission, discounts, and other benefits at Zoo Miami. Please visit Member Services at ZSF with questions.
  2. Unlimited admission to Zoo Miami during general zoo operating hours of 9:30am – 5:30pm (excluding special events that require a separate fee) for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Admission gates close at 4:00pm
  3. 6 Bring-A-Guest coupons good for 50% off regular admission to Zoo Miami valid with an active Annual Pass. A named member MUST be present to use Bring-A-Guest coupons. Coupons can NOT be replaced if lost or stolen; may not be combined with other offers.
  4. 10% off regular priced merchandise (excluding sale items) at the Zoo’s gift shop.
  5. 10% off food and beverage purchases at select food concessions. No outside food, coolers or glass containers allowed in the park.
  6. 20% off hourly Safari cycle rental rates and/or non-electronic wheelchair and stroller rentals from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  7. Automatic subscription to zoo newsletters including the monthly e-news, Toucan Flash, and quarterly magazine, Keepin’ it Wild.
  8. Your Annual Pass includes free or discounted admission to over 140 zoos, aquariums and wildlife centers around the U.S. and Canada, plus discounted admission to select South Florida Attractions. A current list of parks offering reciprocal admission for our members can be found in your Annual Pass packet, online at www.zsf.org, or at Member Services. The list is subject to change and members should call host facilities before visiting to observe the rules and requirements for admission. Members MUST always show their ZSF Annual Pass and photo ID at participating parks.

PROCEDURES AND POLICIES

  1. There will be NO CHANGES, NO REFUNDS and NO CREDITS after the Annual Pass has been purchased. Please be certain that all names, the appropriate category and all information are correct BEFORE paying for the Annual Pass.
  2. Special promotions and discounts cannot be combined and must be presented at time of purchased. Refunds will not be issued once sale is complete.
  3. Children/ grandchildren (ages 3-17) listed on the Annual Pass must be part of the named member household.
  4. Any “guest” or “child” included on your Annual Pass MUST be accompanied by a named adult member on the same Annual Pass in order to enter as a member.
  5. Annual Pass is ONLY valid for the person named on the card and is non-transferable. Violation of this policy will be grounds for termination of the Annual Pass.
  6. Each named adult member must present his/her Annual Pass with a valid photo ID in order to gain access to Zoo Miami. Any child or guest card must also be shown for all children and/or guests. Name and address on both card and ID must be the same. The member will not be allowed entrance into the Zoo without both the Annual Pass and photo ID.
  7. In the event a member does not have their Annual Pass, ZSF will provide a one-time day pass. A second occurrence without valid card(s) present will result in a $5 reprint fee of Annual Pass card(s).
  8. FIELD TRIPS: Your Annual Pass CAN NOT be used if you and/or your child are part of a field trip receiving group admission rates to the zoo. This also includes corporate events/picnics where members are part of a group receiving special group rates.
  9. You may not change named adults to unnamed adults or vice versa during the year. Changes to any named or unnamed guests will only be allowed in the case of death, marriage or divorce resulting in a name change.
  10. We reserve the right to revoke any Annual Pass if it is deemed to have been used in an inappropriate manner.
  11. Code of Conduct: Members are the greatest supporters of the zoo with special privileges. Members and guests are expected to treat all animals, staff, volunteers and park guests with respect and courtesy. The Zoological Society of Florida has the right to revoke any Annual Pass or benefits from members that do not abide by this Code of Conduct. 
  12. Admittance into Zoo Miami grants permission to Zoo Miami and the Zoological Society of Florida to utilize guests’ likeness, actions or statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display at Zoo Miami in any medium or context for commercial or promotional (Public Relations, marketing, social media, advertising, etc.) purposes without further authorization or compensation.
