Tips for Using Your Annual Zoo Miami Membership with the Zoological Society of Florida

1. Your membership entitles you to unlimited admission to Zoo Miami during the normal Zoo operating hours for one year from the date of purchase.                                                          
2. Your membership card entitles you to 10% off regular priced merchandise (excluding sale items) at the Zoo’s gift shop.
3. Your membership card entitles you to 10% off food and beverage purchases at the food concessions (does not apply to portable food carts).  Sorry, food and drinks cannot be brought into the Zoo.  Picnic tables outside the entrance are available for your use.
4. Your membership card entitles you to 20% off Zoofari cycle, stroller and wheelchair (manual) rentals from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
5. You will receive in the mail with your membership cards, 6 Bring-A-Buddy passes good for 50% off regular admission to Zoo Miami.  You MUST be present to purchase the discounted admissions for your guests (you may NOT give them the discount for them to come without you) and you must accompany your guests and children while visiting the Zoo.
6. Your membership includes free or discounted admission to over 100 zoos, aquariums and wildlife centers around the U.S. and Canada, plus discounted admission to select South Florida Attractions.  It is your responsibility to observe the rules and requirements of the host facilities.  You MUST show your ZSF membership card and photo ID when visiting a participating facility.  There will be NO refunds for charges due to changes in reciprocal agreements during the year, and no refunds for memberships because of a change in reciprocal agreements.       
7. There will be NO CHANGES and NO REFUNDS after this membership has been purchased, so make sure it is exactly what you want BEFORE you make the purchase.
8. Your membership card is valid ONLY for the person(s) named on the card and is non-transferable.  You are not allowed to give your card to someone not named on the card for entry into the Zoo.  Only one family per membership.
9. You may ONLY bring your own children or grandchildren under your own membership.  You must pay for any children or adult guests who are NOT listed as part of your membership (even if they are listed under someone else’s membership).
10. To enter the Zoo, you MUST present your membership card with a valid photo ID showing your name as it appears on the card and your current address.  You will not be allowed entrance into the Zoo without BOTH the membership card and photo ID.
11. Your membership does NOT include free admission to the Zoo if you and/or your child are part of a class field trip receiving group admission rates to the Zoo.  Members who are part of groups on Zoo picnics cannot use their membership cards in conjunction with group/company rates.
12. The Zoological Society of Florida is not responsible for lost or stolen membership cards.  There is a $10 service fee for replacing lost or stolen membership cards.
13. There is a $10 service fee for replacing membership cards if you have a change of address or names during the course of your annual membership.  The only change in names would be in the event of death or name change due to marriage or divorce.
14. Special promotions and discounts cannot be combined nor credited to previously purchased memberships.   
15. Guests and children MUST be accompanied by an adult member.
