• There will be no changes and no refunds after this purchase has been made.  Please be certain that all names, the appropriate category and all information are correct BEFORE paying for the membership.
• Each named adult member must present his/her personal membership card and a photo ID for admission into the zoo.
• A membership card must also be presented for the named children or the unnamed guest(s) for their admission into the zoo.
• A named adult member, with the membership cards and photo ID, must accompany either the children or  guest(s) listed on the membership for admission into the zoo.
• Membership cards are non-transferrable and non-refundable.  Violation of this policy will be grounds for termination of the membership.
• All guests and children will only be admitted with a named adult member and corresponding membership cards
• Free member admission cannot be used on class field trips or in conjunction with group/company rates.
